That's pretty sad, Ted. The article only mentions three companies by name:

- Compact Power, based in Troy, MI, but a subsidiary of the Korean conglomerate LG.

- CEO of Valence Technologies, a battery manufacturer based in the United States, but with manufacturing in China.

- Ford Motor Company

Without policies that help encourage manufacturing in the U.S., I fear most of this stimulus money will end up helping other countries instead. Unfortunately, Obama's idea of encouraging domestic manufacturing is to give giant gifts to his union allies.
