That's pretty sad, Ted. The article only mentions three companies by name: - Compact Power, based in Troy, MI, but a subsidiary of the Korean conglomerate LG. - CEO of Valence Technologies, a battery manufacturer based in the United States, but with manufacturing in China. - Ford Motor Company Without policies that help encourage manufacturing in the U.S., I fear most of this stimulus money will end up helping other countries instead. Unfortunately, Obama's idea of encouraging domestic manufacturing is to give giant gifts to his union allies. Tenchusatsu EDIT: I wrote this post before I saw your other link. I might have overstated my concern, but it's still a valid one.
