Very true. It means exactly what they say it means until they say it means something different.

I wonder how often the new conservative majority will flex its muscle and I wonder how willing they will be to pursue what Justice Stevens called an "agenda."

I just read an article on Justice Stevens looming retirement. Maybe Obama will nominate an exceptional legal thinker with the ability to influence justices not named Alito, Scalia or Thomas. Ed
