Justa: Investor's have stress and lose money. It
comes with the public company that Akins will get feedback. We all bought pieces of it. Only after several call outs mine is worth about 25% of what is was.

I realize Akins job is difficult. However, he does value investor
comment. Surely he will do what he feels is best.

Everyone has had it rough...I hope it will subside as the light
shines on the issue.

Bruce

CYMI has $190 mil of cash; a Stock Buyback is a great high-yield use of that free cash. A Stock Buyback is not abnormal at all and is a normal course of business item. This scares the living daylights out of the extended short interest in the stock. CYMI's production rampup is essentially completed for now so they could do a buyback in a heartbeat and not so much as miss a 1 million share, $35 million stock buyback. It will send the most powerful message the market can be given that the Company means business and is confident in its abilities to deliver great financial performance. I don't characterise normal short busting business tactics as anything but good management.

Good Luck To Each And All
