wouldn't it seem like a mandate to every person to purchase health insurance would be sufficient? It will take some lib judges who are unconcerned with real law to go your way, imho. IOW, standing is conveyed by the fact that the litigant was personally being forced to either purhase from a private company or pay a fine to the feds. That is hardly the situation your little link addressed. I've been before many stupid judges with agendas.They are a blot on the system.
