That 15,000 number came from professional's who study such things and create models to predict results.....you've heard of computer modeling???? For example, the CBO uses computer modeling for it's projects, like wise, the defense department, NASA, insurance companies, even small manufacturing companies with purchased models.... Just waving your arms and making counter claims to published numbers without studied numbers of your own makes you look pretty dumb....
