The lefties and purported consumer advocates are just plain evil for pretending that this gaming of this healthcare system has not been going on in Massachusetts on a massive scale. Because the new US healthcare law contains insufficient economic penalties to deter non-compliance, the US will likely suffer the same fate as MA unless some kind of fix is implemented between now and 2014.
