Here is an idea. Lets take our opinions out of the picture and settle this by asking some 3rd party micro cap investment experts their opinion. Oh wait! LBAS has already done that in seeking more funding. If LBAS is in such a great competitive position, why can't they get any more funding at acceptable terms. We know they need the funding badly ASAP. The answer is simple. Experienced investors don't like what they see when they peel back the onion during their due diligence. They are not buying the LBAS story even though they are most certainly being offered a heavy discount on the stock as well as warrants to sweeten the deal. It's obvious their conclusions match mine more than yours. Not much to argue about here.
