I want to people to be able to drill everywhere cause Congress voted to allow it, it will enrich the nation, creating jobs and wealth. Yes, that means I want people to make money ... investors, welders, supply company workers, the people they rent from, buy groceries from, and on and on and on.

Not where it's already being done, nor in the millions of acres already under lease that have not been touched...

If the well will be too deep, the oil supply too low, or restrictions too high, then they will not drill or wait till the price of oil goes up before they do.
