Hi Taxi and all Option experts: Yestardays 2nd most active option was SGP Jan 35 call(VSGAG)@$26.5+1:7060volume! Open interest was 1559 (this morning it was 8619 as expected). SGP closed yestarday @58.75 +.35. Why one would make such grate volume trade that also so much in advance, while it was out-of-money by ~$3! If the stock drops before 1999 Jan., will one can not get vevn better premium than the current $26.5? Or the bet is that it would be only up now onwards..till Jan 1999! Today SGP Closed at $61.5 up $2 and also hit all time high. Any educative thought would be appreciated...Thanks..BM
