I think you're talking about the Obama Hawaiin birth certificate thing. So....question - what exactly is a natural born citizen? Does it require birth inside the USA?

My son was born to myself (US citizen) and my wife (Philippines citizen) in the United Arab Emirates. Is he a natural born US citizen? I think so. The US embassy in Abu Dhabi gave him a passport within a month of birth after I proved to them that I'm a US citizen.
