Yep, call them again, ask for the manager, and let them know you will be informing the NASD of this incident and that you will be taking your business elsewhere. They had no right to send the cert back without first informing you, as the OVIS certs are still valid.

Michael....I've been waiting since AUGUST!!!, My broker, who's also a friend, lets' me listen in on ALL his calls concerning this matter, because he wants me to see the B.S. he has to go thru to get an answer. Don Kelly is the guy whos' been assigned to deal w/ RMIL @ the DTC. You can have your broker call him, listen in. The guy is a admitted new employee and appears clueless. The second freeze was due to liquidated inventory of RMIL certs. Kellys' # is:516 227 4012. KEEP THE PRESSURE ON. FURNISH THIS INFO TO THE TA!! GET THE TA TO APPLY PRESSURE. It will eventually get back to the MM's. Tell your broker, THEY'RE YOUR SHARES, HE IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE THE CERTS SAFELY LOCKED AWAY FOR YOU!!, IF HE CAN'T COME UP W/ THEM< HAVE HIM GO STRAIGHT TO THE MM's TO GET THEM!!! THEY'RE YOURS!! SEND HIM LETTER W/ COPIES TO NASDQ & SEC. If you want, have him call my broker to compare notes, E-mail me and I'll give you his #, Pugs
