While perhaps technically true in a certain sense (if you consider an aircraft full of fuel to be in effect an incendiary bomb), that's a bit over the top. Even Ayers isn't the equivalent of Osama, and Obama certainly isn't.

There are all sorts of legitimate reasons to be upset at Obama, the Osama = Obama game really isn't helpful.
