In fact, that's exactly what's happening every day in this country. I'm not saying it's negligible. I'm saying that if people weren't paying that much to begin with, any hike is going to be a large percentage. Besides, if you think $70/month is too much, wait until Bush's tax cuts expire. That amounts to at least hundreds of dollars per month for the vast majority of working Americans.
