If by that you mean "one" person... and by "waiting for an explanation" you mean you want me to RE-POST the clear and direct explanations that I have ALREADY ANSWERED with.... (Man asked 'what is Socialism?' and 'What is Communism?' so I posted the Merriam-Webster dictionary's definitions, and the Wikipedia encyclopedia definitions... and also a link to the Political Compass Web site --- where they give page after page of detailed explanations about both... and about plenty of other big political philosophies.)
