Hi Mike:

Sorry I missed you at PDAC.
Absolutely it is possible to think of a takeover at this time, I merely would not want it unless it came at a substantial premium and I suspect the acquisitor would come out the better for it if successful. Multiple companies are looking at this already, of that I am sure. Nope I would prefer we establish a bigger resource with more certainty to gain a much higher value than we would get now even with a premium. Because at a 450 mil mkt cap of, as you indicate,a generally very favourable mining scenario it is not excessively valued at this price. We do not have enough metallurgical info though, recoveries could seriously affect the value of the ozs we assume are carefree.

I sold 1/2 at 5.40 and I have owned this since on and off since the $1. area, aggressively from the $2 area and once again logic did not apply to trading this stock.!! I have a strong remaining position and will hold it til the Takeover or what I perceive to be EAS's exploration zenith. Unless a takeover is preemptive the exploration speculation is likely to take the share price beyond an eventual takeover price.

Cheers,
Ogi

Many things can happen. For example, Kinross bought Underworld at very stage of their exploration program. They want to take out the most promising project first before any other companies made up their minds.

Hi Mike - looks like we will get to see what kind of a pullback is in store after the spike at the open. I think we could either get a short, sharp spike down to maybe try to fill at least one of the three gaps below or alternatively I could see the stock consolidating in a range around the $6 level long enough to allow the indicators to settle down. Either way, the big picture appears to be...getting bigger.

Best,
