BCBob, US Energy (USEG) -- there are probably several reasons for this, but the most obvious is that their market cap is less than a tenth of Brigham's, and thus there are little or no institutional investors in the stock. Also, BEXP has 16 analysts following it and USEG has 1 (CK Cooper, who just initiated coverage last week with a Buy, $7.50 PT).

The distinction between USEG and BEXP highlights my main investing thesis, which is that the market for the small caps and microcaps is far less efficient than the market for the midcaps and larger companies. USEG is, to a large extent, doing the same goddam thing that BEXP is, and everyone is going ga-ga about Bud but no one knows about USEG yet.
