Thats right. The actual secondary price is very close to the closing price on the day before the secondary. Look for the recent secondary offering of MRVC to confirm this. The secondary was announced at 30.5 but the actual price was close to 35.

You are correct in the sense we as retail stock buyers will never see a share at 28 from this offering.

Three million shares will not dilute this stock squat.

Food for thought

PC on a chip and these new flash rom and ram chips will change the world.
