Now that Obama's "stimulus" is in full effect and health care has been effectively "saved" by the Democrats, we should be well on our way to utopia. And there ain't nothing those evil "Repugnicans" can do about it.

Utopia? No. More like the Soviet United States of America......the SUSA!

You guys just can't admit that the damage Bush did to the American economy isn't "just another recession". It would have been the Greatest Depression, but for the actions taken by Bush and Obama.

As it is, it's the Greatest Recession since the Great Depression. We aren't going to snap back with a "V" shaped recovery. We may NEVER "recover".

The global situation is, Chindia has an educated middle class that will work for far lower pay than Americans. Even Silicon Valley is shedding six-figure engineers by the tens of thousands. They already have all the manufacturing, now they will have all professional jobs that can be there. Like YOURS, Ten. It was a terrible time, globally, to have the Great Recession.

Time for Chindia to ascend and for us to decline as Britain did after WWII. Let's hope we do it with equal grace.
