Ted, the bottom line is that ObamaCare cannot pay for itself by forcing the healthy but uninsured to get insurance. We're going to pay for those who can't afford it, while those who can afford it are going to avoid having to do it until it's too late.

I understand the humanitarian need to ensure everyone is covered, but I don't agree with the way the cost numbers have been manipulated.
