...These guys are the Joe McCarthy's of TODAY

They aren't using the power of government against people because of their political views, they are presenting their own political views.

In fact they have generally opposed governments moving against people because of political views, while at least a few of their opponents want to use government to shut them up.

yet nobody seems to even QUESTION them.

They get questioned, and bashed all the time.
