I'm gonna go out on a limb and say there will be no big rush of Tea Partiers signing this doc.

Unlike the truly self sufficient original tea partiers, today's brand consume a huge amount of government-subsidized benefits. I believe their issue is mostly a "I've got mine but you don't get yours" attitude.
