When the people against the plan talked about new IRS agents, your side claimed it wasn't going to be the IRS, now your saying it is?

More to the point the penalty may be collected by the IRS, but that doesn't make it at tax. It was not written as a tax, it was written as a mandate with a financial penalty, essentially a fine.

And not that this last point matters too much but Obama has said it is not a tax
