There's that word budget again. You give seniors a new benefit without accounting for its cost and the only relevance of the word "budget" is that it makes the current one worst. Nonsense. The cost of Part D was "budgeted" as are the costs of ALL major programs. You are confusing that term with the concept of raising taxes. Not again...I am not going there. I don't blame you. For you to be complaining about GWB's spending while Obama insane with the purse string power is pretty difficult to justify. You are well-advised just to pass on it.
