Their crews better be suicidal if they're planning on attacking the USN with speedboats. That wouldbe true even before we took specific measures to deal with such a threat. Just the 5 inch guns (and some 3 inch and 57 mm guns) plus the phalanx systems would teat them up, as would aircraft, but we have all sorts of smaller defenses.
