If indeed the 'doctor' is even real to begin with (and not just something made-up and floating around as Internet email...), I don't recall seeing any ATTRIBUTION or LINKS or NAMES or SOURCES that would allow me to ascertain that fact.

But, even if we *assume* that some 'doctor' somewhere actually said something like that to some patient... then the doctor needs to get a fact check because he is INCORRECT.

There are no 'death panels'.
