TIA" If indeed the 'doctor' is even real to begin with (and not just something made-up and floating around as Internet email...), I don't recall seeing any ATTRIBUTION or LINKS or NAMES or SOURCES that would allow me to ascertain that fact. But, even if we assume that some 'doctor' somewhere actually said something like that to some patient... then the doctor needs to get a fact check because he is INCORRECT. There are no 'death panels'.
