The $64k question in my mind right now is what happens after we break this $29-30 resistance? On the way down there was almost no support from 43 to 30, in fact, between 32 and 38 there is an absolutely straight line. This area above 30, then, unlike the trading range of past 12 months, is basically "uncharted."
Approx. 10 mil short shares took us from 14 to 28-- 14 points. The remaining 12 cover 28 to 55-- 27 points. Perhaps twice as fast??
Finally, The "double dip" from mid Sept. to end Oct. (28 to 23) powerfully disrupted an uptrend begun at the end of March. Does this volatility of the past 11/2 months have any possible meaning for the next leg up? Perhaps some extremely good momentum players are back on board? Could IOM(G) once again become "overvalued?"
