The CBO's estimated on government medical care program costs have always been unreliable. I can't think of a single time they got it even close to correct.

they should be reviewed and supported by one's peers....remember you used to be a scientist in the old days..

I'm not a scientist and have never claimed to be one.

As for peer review, that doesn't establish accuracy, and is pretty much irrelevant to economic and political guesses about the future.

Quoting people like Glenn Beck doesn't cut it.

I almost never quote Beck, but if I had that would hardly establish the quote was wrong or even highly questionable. Something isn't right or wrong because of the person saying it.

The point is to develop real rational points to support your conclusion, not to claim it must be right because X says it is, or wrong because Y says it is.
