Alex, far from waiting for the Supreme Court to wave its magic wand, all you need do is to read the history of the Revolutionary era and the very writings of the men who founded the American government. They made the case for individual liberty, including the necessity of being armed. CGB can't find any early writings to butress her case. There aren't any, which is why the HCI stooge makes none in the interview that she referred you to. The ban-the-gun nuts should stop the pretense, and simply come out against the right of Americans to own guns. But I guess it is easier to interpret a right out of existence than to repeal an Amendment.

Alex M:

You observed: "Objection No. 3. If the storage-at-range is an act of law, I'd find this to be a serious erosion of privilege."

Alex, it's just another erosion on personal freedom and rights in a long line of erosion that stretches back before we were born. But Christine doesn't care. She doesn't even recognize or understand most of it.
