Black Swan.......koan is not saying Nader doesn't have the right to run, or that he shouldn't be allowed to run or anything like that.

He was simply giving his reaction to the result of Nader's running. So, of course, he was unhappy Nader ran. And so, he was happy Perot ran because of the result. That's all.
