Micheal, Yes RATL w/ cowen & co is facing a lawsuit. Based on the timing that info was released to analysts like cowen & co. But what about S3? You can't tell me there is no potential for a lawsuit. Before the earnings came out, S3 stock was tanking, can you say insider trading? Then to make matters even worse S3 announces recognizing revenue problems. How many remember GJ & Co. selling at 17 earlier this year? ratl's problems are nothing compared to s3's right now. You dont see GJ buying S3 stock... only selling it. Sid
