Of course, you would need a fancy simulation to come up with an actual number for the cost but the factors are so lopsided that you don't need that level of precision to make the obvious determination that the PO could not possibly be a cost saver,

And we should take your fanciful word for that rather than the actual results of the CBO analysis?
