Look, under Bush it became possible to be declared a terrorist, arrested, sent overseas somewhere, subject to 'enhanced interrogation' all without due process or the hope of getting out unless the president authorized it. The only thing that has changed is we don't actually KNOW whether, when extraordinary rendition is used, "enhanced" techniques are now being employed (Bush Administration didn't lie, Obama will lie when the truth would do beter). In every other respect the current policy is unchanged.
