Cake and eat it too. The production rampup is complete for now. They have already invested internally and a buyback in no way hinders additional large investment internally. Do you leave $190 mil invested at 4% or do you buyback shares yielding 8.5%=$1.95/$23 ('98EPS/Stock Price). It's a very easy financial decision.
