It must be twenty or thirty posts back in this colloquy that I laid out why doing more stuff because people without prior stuff would be getting stuff, albeit at Medicare rates, was obviously a cost increase. We're back to comparing apples and bananas. CBO has never delivered an analysis of the cost of the PO. There are no results to use.
