yeah that's the one, they said it came in from a boat from either Baltimore Harbor or philly. This fall was the first time they showed up, getting on the side of the house and windows trying to get in for the winter, like lady bugs. I had hundreds some people close by had like 100,000 on their house. Scientist said this area is really infested and since they are so new they have no 'enemies' they said it will take 5 or more years for viruses and parasites to 'find' them and keep there numbers down. The birds don't seem to like them. anyway they are back and I guess breeding. They only smell when you crush one and it's like rotting vegetation
