It (most likely) doesn't apply to CDSL hardware. The following brief comments, however, partially address queries on the splitterless capabilities of CDSL (and I wasn't able to get any fuller details speaking with folks at ROK - company secrets, these). It also clarifies that CDSL DOES allow nailed up net-tone coexisting with voice: techstocks.com Steve
