Waxman is confused by the growing chorus of U.S. corporations reporting that Obamacare will add tens of millions of dollars in cost to their bottom lines and afraid of the implications

I read an article the other day that had Waxman quoted as disbelieving the restatements because the health care bill was designed to bring down costs. Either the guy is really trying to pull a fast one, or he's dumb as a rock. I'm going with the latter option at present.

<<So Waxman and his colony of fellow bloodsuckers have descended on the CEOs of John Deere, Caterpillar, AT&T and Verizon and will hold hearings to find out if one of those CEOs can teach them how to read a balance sheet.>>

These CEO's should refuse to go on the grounds that their job is IMPORTANT.
Taking off time to go to Washington could result in more layoffs at my company.

If you insist Mr. Waxman issue a subpoena.

Waxman is the California Congressman who looks like a fruit bat

ROFLMAO - Best description ever of him.

Henry Waxman is confused and afraid The CEO's should read OUTLOUD at the hearing each and every law that compels them to follow Congressional direction that insisted on the accounting laws. Inform not only the Congress but the media and the citizens of what was actually in the laws they passed, but the actual ramifications of the laws.

Perhaps Waxman in his fear will either cancel the hearings ahead of time, or hold them behind closed doors.
