some one asked her what gave her the power to make him buy health insurance and she replied that that's not in the bill, it's......what I post before

It's a startling spin but the video is short--just one punch line and I can describe it. She says that being insured or uninsured is just a different tax category like being married or single, homeowner or not, etc. So if you're uninsured, your tax comes out different that if you are. It's not a requirement to buy insurance but a tax category.
