Patents - Specialist, I passed along your info to my patent attorney friend and got the following response: Search for patents issued to Blum and Srinivasan. These are the guys who first started using the excimer for computer chips at IBM. I am sure they have patents. Key issue are the claims, did they encompass the 248 nm. They were using 193nm argon flouride excimer. Specialist, I appreciate your previous answer. I don't claim to know any of this, I'm trying to figure it out. I'm not even sure this attorney is familiar enough with this stuff either, but I'm just trying to gather info. If you or anyone else has information on Cymer's patents, I'd appreciate hearing from you. Thanks
