Net Neutrality isn't a specific policy, its a general and somewhat vague concept. Many possible applications of it could impede the growth of a high tech economy, and more directly infringe on liberty. That doesn't mean the concept is horrible, just that we have to look at actual policies not just the general overall concept.

Stealing from private enterprise does not create anything.The last thing it does is create growth in the high tech industry. Restricting freedom is anti individual liberty.
