You refuse to tell me WHAT I'M SUPPOSED TO LOOK FOR when I read it! Tens of thousands of pages --- what in the heck do you specifically want me to 'look for'???????????? EXACTLY WHAT 'procedure' or 'treatment' or WHATEVER is supposed to be banned???????????????????? Why don't you try some simple logic here: WHAT THE HECK are YOU saying is "banned"? (Then, it will be easy for me to 'look for the proof'.....) But it will be IMPOSSIBLE if you can't even decide what it is!
