I found that interesting, too.

Not sure how this may work in practical terms.

I scratched my head over that. It would have to be that they would handle consults as they do now but be on retainer for their active heart disease patients. That's all I can think of.

Will be interesting to see what Medicare will eventually do.

Why would they not continue to treat it as a "private contract"?
