Notice how the testimony of the last few crims has transitioned to the "no one could have predicted it" excuse. Pardon me, read a hundred thousand posts here, or any of CR's blogs from 2005-07, or anything James Grant or Doug Noland wrote for the past freaking decade. This was the easiest bubble to spot in the history of Finance. I sense justice slipping away like a squid on an ice floe headed for the ocean.
