Give it up, J.B.C.

Lindy, I'm not carrying a torch. Currently, several states are considering that law, if they pass it, either it gets challenged and overturned, or the courts dismiss the challenge as the case having no merit.

So far, what Obama has shown has been accepted by every court it has been challenged in.

Actually I only know of one case where the Ohio attorney challenged Obama's birth certificate, and that was thrown out as the attorney having no standing.

I really don't care, if we have elections in 2012 (and I don't make that statement lightly), I give the One at best a 1 in 10 chance of winning. I'm just asking, If a state makes a law and the judges don't consider a challenge, IT IS LAW, Right?

Jim

Give it up, J.B.C. He was born in Hawaii to an unwed mother. That's the whole hoo-ha.

I suspect the birth certificate shows the father was Frank Marshal Davis, not B.O., Sr. That's the issue for Barry. It would undercut the narrative of the life story that he's crafted for himself.
