Like I said there is no reference to you and it has nothing to do with your private practice. Also it seems a blind and deaf child should have defeated that claim.

Win or lose 29 years ago, private or public legal experience doesn't qualify you for learning something new. In fact you stayed in the same niche area of law when moving from state employee to private attorney. How is that for "
new"?

You have to stop living in the past.

Do you understand Kenneth? It is very good that you won a decision 29 years ago. I was wrong to belittle the accomplishment. However, that does not demonstrate "new" learning or "openness".
