oh bummer! He only read what was on the teleprompter. He should not be held accountable for what is written on the teleprompter. Every high school student knows the maximum anyone could save is 100%. well every high school student used to know it. it was later stated that the teleprompter should have read 3000 dollars not 3000 percent.
