I've been in Walmart maybe 5 times in my life ...

I can relate to Jean who stated.. re: Walmart..
I really find going in and shopping there emotionally oppressive.

The vast majority of the merchandise I buy will be "on sale" at least every few months, including the good quality store brand items.

I'm benefiting from a strong loonie and grocery store wars in Toronto.. Food is always on sale... especially unprocessed.. plus large ethnic grocery stores with great prices.. Haven't been to CostCo in over a month... I also 'stock' up and may change my alias to 'loss leader man' :O) Thinking of buying an upright freezer though... My old chest freezer is a pain...
