This is a huge one. How many towns of 5k-10k have a city manager and a full time mayor? In Galveston, which started the whole mayor/city manager style(some interesting politics surrounded that one), is a much larger city and the mayor is only part time.

The thing is, (R)'s think they can RUN THE COUNTRY with puppets like Palin, Reagan and W. Reagan was the most successful of the puppet group - W left the reservation. He realized the one GIVING the orders was HIM, and started winging it.
