I think they should test attorneys periodically, doctors, police, drivers etc etc. We have established poor policy by accepting licensing without retesting and in doing so we promote poor practice. This is a problem throughout our society. It should apply to all professionals including electricians, engineers, plumbers etc etc etc top to bottom, bottom to top.
