We may part ways here. I see almost all of our problems stemming from a problem that no pol will mention - there are too many humans on this planet consuming too many resources, casuing too many animal extinctions. It must stop. I don't know what lizard Feinstein was trying to save, but I do know that hundreds of thousands of acres of desert is a drop in the bucket. I live in Utah. People could cover the entire western third of this state in solar panels and nothing would be lost - but leave the rest alone. So, don't get your panties in a bunch.
